Due to the intimate nature of our apparel and strict health regulations, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all hygiene seals intact. Please note that for safety reasons, items showing any signs of wear or removed liners cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unworn bikini in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene stickers attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

Ship the Items

Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our quality control center; please retain your tracking number until the return is confirmed.

Inspection and Refund

Once our team verifies the hygiene seal is intact and the garment is in pristine condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
